Applied Catholic Theology, M.A.

The Master of Arts in Applied Catholic Theology provides a robust understanding of the fullness of the Catholic faith, uniting its intellectual, liturgical, and apostolic dimensions into a coherent Catholic vision. Consisting of courses in Sacred Scripture, Marriage and Family, and Spiritual Direction, students will experience a rigorous, coherent plan of study providing the necessary intellectual, personal, and spiritual formation to communicate the Church’s magisterial teaching effectively to youth and adults alike in our contemporary age.

The Master of Arts in Applied Catholic Theology is ideal for directors of religious education (DREs), clergy, youth ministers, and volunteers involved in faith formation, as well as those looking for personal enrichment or exploring academic or ministerial doctoral programs.
