Organizational Leadership, M.O.L.


Program chair: Dr. Rod Hair

The University of Mary Master of Organizational Leadership program focuses on developing virtuous business leaders who promote human dignity and flourishing. The degree provides tools for developing people and teams, leading transition and change management, and providing strategies to meet organizational objectives and goals. Students will model and market the use of data and analytics to make informed leadership decisions.   

Program Outcomes

  • Students completing a Master of Organizational Leadership degree will be able to:
  • Integrate decisions utilizing Benedictine values, ethical frameworks, and professional standards.
  • Evaluate the contemporary global business environment in an integrated manner to propose business solutions.
  • Demonstrate professional business communication.
  • Interpret results from multiple business support tools to inform decision-making.
  • Synthesize content from professional journals and scholarly research to make conclusions regarding business practices.
  • Assess business best practices using qualitative methodology.

Major Requirements


Total: 36 Semester Credits


Program length: 2 academic years / 4 semesters / 64 weeks

  • Note: adding an additional optional concentration is allowed, but will extend program length on average by one semester
