BUS 860 - Group Dynamics & Team Management

This course examines the many aspects of group dynamics, including leadership’s role in evolving groups into functioning teams. Emphasis is placed on research evaluation to determine specific group dynamics and team success theories critical to teams’ success or failure within the organizational environment. Virtuous leadership principles will be appraised for contribution to team function and effectiveness.
