BUS 840 - Strategies for Building Organization This course examines how information becomes the foundational basis for organizing, refining, improving, reinforcing, and developing organizational strategy and growth, leading to greater organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Organizational development research will be investigated and applied within the organizational context to create arguments relating to how organizational development practices can increase organizational performance, including the need for advanced strategies that create a living union of individuals dedicated to seeking the truth.
