BUS 826 - Contemporary Leadership Theory This course examines contemporary issues related to the prominent leadership theories of servant leadership, transformational leadership, situational leadership, and authentic leadership. Students will conduct an in-depth analysis of published literature in scholarly journals on contemporary leadership theory and evaluate why leadership is a force for creating virtuous organizations.
