BUS 835 - Organizational Values and Virtues


This course examines the application of value and virtues within the global organizational environment. Students will argue how values and virtues-based theories can be used to solve ethical dilemmas and challenges within the global organizational environment. Peer-reviewed research will be incorporated throughout the course and used to support moral arguments for the organization’s better good while incorporating the Benedictine Values.
