The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program is designed to prepare ethical, values-driven leaders who inspire growth, foster human dignity, and lead with purpose. This program equips students with the tools to guide organizations through change, build high-performing teams, and drive mission-aligned results. Students gain practical skills in leadership communication, decision-making using data and analytics, and strategic thinking-empowering them to shape positive organizational cultures and lead with integrity in a rapidly evolving world.
Program Outcomes
Students completing a Master of Organizational Leadership degree will be able to:
- Students will be able to integrate decisions utilizing Benedictine values, ethical frameworks, and professional standards.
- Students will be able to demonstrate professional business communication.
- Students will be able to interpret results from multiple business support tools to inform decision making.
- Students will be able to synthesize content from professional journals and scholarly research to make conclusions regarding business practices.
- Students will be able to present leadership recommendations in a virtual or face-to-face setting.
- Students will be able to evaluate the impact of leadership practices on organizational culture.
