Organizational Leadership, M.O.L.


Program Director: Professor August Taylor

The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program is designed to prepare ethical, values-driven leaders who inspire growth, foster human dignity, and lead with purpose. This program equips students with the tools to guide organizations through change, build high-performing teams, and drive mission-aligned results. Students gain practical skills in leadership communication, decision-making using data and analytics, and strategic thinking-empowering them to shape positive organizational cultures and lead with integrity in a rapidly evolving world.

Program Outcomes

Students completing a Master of Organizational Leadership degree will be able to:

  1. Students will be able to integrate decisions utilizing Benedictine values, ethical frameworks, and professional standards.
  2. Students will be able to demonstrate professional business communication.
  3. Students will be able to interpret results from multiple business support tools to inform decision making.
  4. Students will be able to synthesize content from professional journals and scholarly research to make conclusions regarding business practices.
  5. Students will be able to present leadership recommendations in a virtual or face-to-face setting.
  6. Students will be able to evaluate the impact of leadership practices on organizational culture.

Major Requirements


Total: 36 Semester Credits


Program length: 1 academic year / 3 semesters / 52 weeks

  • Note: adding an additional optional certification is allowed, but will extend program length on average by one semester
