The MBA at the University of Mary is committed to cultivating leaders who have the confidence of an executive, specialized insight to tackle complex problems, and integrity to champion for the common good. Through foundational coursework, students gain practical experience applying business practices in diverse organizational settings. The degree can also be customized to align with individual career goals by selecting from a variety of certificate options.
MBA Program Outcomes
Students completing a Master of Business Administration degree will be able to:
- Students will be able to integrate decisions utilizing Benedictine values, ethical frameworks, and professional standards.
- Students will be able to demonstrate professional business communication.
- Students will be able to interpret results from multiple business support tools to inform decision making.
- Students will be able to synthesize content from professional journals and scholarly research to make conclusions regarding business practices.
- Students will be able to evaluate problems facing a business and analyze the impact of potential solutions.
- Students will be able to assess business best practices using quantitative or qualitative research techniques.

Required Core
The following courses are core content for the MBA and are completed by all MBA students: Choose One: Certification
Students are required to select one certification program to complete the M.B.A. program. Total: 36 Semester Credits
Program length: 1 academic year / 3 semesters / 52 weeks - Note: adding an additional optional certification is allowed, but will extend program length on average by one semester
