EDU 783 - Adv. School Finance & Facilities

This course examines current issues and trends in school finance and facilities operations and the associated challenges and responsibilities of the school Superintendent or CEO.  Students will engage with the instructor, colleagues, and experts in the field to explore the areas of 1) school budgeting and sources of revenue, 2) school fund accounting and auditing, 3) facilities planning and management, 4) school construction, and 5) fiscal management of special programs.
