NUR 339 - Adult Health II This course focuses on the application of conventional and contemporary nursing science to deliver holistic care to adults diagnosed with acute and chronic health complexities. Building on knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired in foundational coursework, students will advance their clinical judgment to promote health and wellbeing, provide chronic disease care, restorative care, and palliative care within diverse adult patient populations. An emphasis in this course will be to implement the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model when preparing a holistic plan of care for an adult patient within the context of medical-surgical nursing.
