EDU 781 - Adv. School Law, Policy, & Personnel

This course examines current issues and trends in school law and personnel administration and the associated challenges and responsibilities of the school Superintendent or CEO.  Students will engage with the instructor, colleagues, and experts in the field to explore the areas of 1) educational policy analysis and development 2) recent legislative and court actions impacting education, 3) employment policy and law, and 4) effective human resource practices for schools.
