EDU 801 - Public Relations


The purpose of Public Relations is to prepare educational leaders for communication processes with internal and external stakeholders. Educational leaders need an understanding of the culture of educational institutions within the local and larger community. This course examines the roles of administrators, governing boards, faculty, and staff in relationship with students, parents, local and state governments and otther partners in order to enhance the educational experiences of students and to benefit other community stakeholders.
