BUS 622 - Human Resource Development The overall intent of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to human resource development (HRD) competencies and for those students to successfully demonstrate their application of this knowledge. This course includes analysis of adult learning theory, analysis of the contribution of HRD in the business world, and specific skill development required of HRD professionals.
