BUS 381 - Investments The primary objective of investing is to gain value on capital. This course examines the basic economy so that the individual investor can develop strategies for acquiring wealth, managing a portfolio, and protecting assets. Some specific topics include: goal setting and budgeting, investing in real estate, using financial markets and institutions, and the impact of taxes on investing.
