BUS 328 - Organizational Behavior Organizational Behavior is the study of how individual behavior, group behavior and organizational environment impact organizational effectiveness. The intent of this course is to introduce students to the history, theories, and practical application of organizational behavior concepts and their application in contemporary organizations.
