RTH 490 - Respiratory Therapy Speciality Capstone

This capstone course allows students to improve technical proficiency, increase professional competency, and enrich knowledge in areas of personal interest. Students will develop 211 a needs assessment and submit a written proposal outlining learning goals and objectives, methods for achieving goals and the means for measuring their achievement. Proposals must meet faculty approval. Activities may include practical clinical experience, and may also include projects such as designing an evidence based protocol for implementation in their department or hospital or community based education program designed to improve patient outcomes and provide quality respiratory care.
