ENR 201 - Engineering Mechanics I Engineering Mechanics I is required by all engineering majors and contains a study covers the mechanics of particles and rigid bodies. Material covered includes balance forces, moments, distributed loads, reactions, friction, kinematics and kinetics of particles, Newton’s laws, energy and momentum methods, systems of particles, kinematics and kinetics of planar motion of rigid bodies, and mechanical vibrations.
