NUR 567 - Advanced Health Assessment Refine and strengthen advanced health assessment and clinical judgment skills providing foundation for planning therapeutic and healing interventions for well and ill persons. A problem-focused and comprehensive database is developed and communicated through written and oral methods. This includes complete functional, spiritual and family assessment, health history, physical examination and appropriate laboratory and diagnostic data. Cultural and developmental variations of the person are emphasized. Selected common abnormalities, disease states associated with the body system or body parts are examined holistically.
