Students who do not wish to pursue a full master's degree may instead choose to pursue a non-degree certificate program. This program will result in the award of a graduate certificate on the student's official transcript. Please note: this certificate program is not eligible for Title IV funding, and therefore students will not be able to apply federal financial aid funds toward the completion of this certificate program.
The Human Resources Management certificate is designed according to the human resources body of knowledge defined by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and applies toward the body of knowledge defined by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
