Today’s business leaders must combine expertise in their field with an ability to lead and manage in a complex and constantly changing business environment. The MBA program focuses on the application of business practices in a variety of organizational settings with an emphasis on accounting, finance and economics. With several optional areas of concentration, the degree can be tailored for specific career goals.
MBA Program Outcomes
Students completing a Master of Business Administration degree will be able to:
- Integrate decisions utilizing Benedictine values, ethical frameworks, and professional standards.
- Evaluate the contemporary global business environment in an integrated manner to propose business solutions.
- Demonstrate professional business communication.
- Interpret results from multiple business support tools to inform decision making.
- Synthesize content from professional journals and scholarly research to make conclusions regarding business practices.
- Assess business best practices using quantitative methodology.

Required Core
The following courses are core content for the MBA and are completed by all MBA students: Choose One: Concentration
Students are required to select one concentration to complete the M.B.A. program.
Total: 36 Semester Credits
Program length: 2 academic years / 4 semesters / 64 weeks
- Note: adding an additional optional concentration is allowed, but will extend program length on average by one semester
