BUS 850 - Change Management In this course, students will synthesize research from change management and organizational change. Students will evaluate and apply strategies to increase employee engagement, productivity and successfully manage change and transitions. Students will also explore how to manage emotions and reduce bias in decision-making and the importance of communication and involvement to help navigate change.
