HCB 550 - NCBC Two-Day Bioethics Seminar This seminar course is designed to give students an overview of Catholic medical ethics by experts in the field and provides the opportunity to discuss current issues in stem cell research and genetically modified humans, transgender and gender dysphoria, physician assisted suicide and euthanasia, moral decision making and conscientious judgements in health care. The organizing framework is the application of The Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services (ERDs).
