MPM 640 - Agile Project Management While there is a spectrum of agile project management approaches, this course explores the most widely employed, Scrum; it an approach used for developing innovative products and services across many different industries. Scrum provides an adaptive and iterative approach for managing highly ambiguous projects and product development. Much like traditional project management, Scrum has a set of core values, principles, and practices for guiding a team through the agile project. This course provides a practical overview of the lifecycle, mechanics, and activities for successfully managing an agile project using Scrum.
