NUR 361 - Clinical Judgment in Nursing Students will develop critical thinking and decision-making skills to foster clinical judgement. Clinical judgment is the observed outcome of critical thinking and decision-making. It is an iterative process using nursing knowledge to observe presenting situations, identify prioritized client concerns, and generate the best possible evidence-based solutions in order to deliver safe client care. The course utilizes the National Council State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) Model of Clinical Judgment and testing formats for evaluating nursing candidates for licensure.
