BUS 510 - Leadership & Management Theory Leadership is a complex process with multiple dimensions. This course studies and critiques various leadership theories. Each theory is analyzed by identifying strengths and weakness and application to organizations. Students will discuss and contrast key theories and models. Course topics include Trait approach, Path-Goal theory, servant leadership, virtuous leadership, leadership ethics, and culture and leadership.
