POL 350 - Trial Advocacy This course is intended to give students an active engagement in the fundamental aspects of adversarial legal proceedings. Major areas of focus will be opening and closing statements, the introduction of evidence at a trial and the hearsay doctrine. Approaches to persuasion in a trial setting will be addressed.
