OTH 775 - Critical Inquiry I Addresses the essential steps of the research process for quantitative and qualitative research designs. Also prepares students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to make clinical judgments about the validity of research and to implement evidence-based clinical practice. Focuses on the concepts of research and evidence-based practice with emphasis on forming answerable clinical and research questions, using effective literature search strategies, appraising the evidence, and choosing the most appropriate evidence for clients and practice.
