SOC 307 - Human Diversity Students will learn about the ago-old practice of exclusion, with emphasis on the U.S. experience. Students will examine the psychological/socioeconomic roots and effects of prejudice and discrimination. Students will be encouraged to explore their own prejudices and stereotypes in order to move toward greater multi-cultural competence.
