THE 310 - The Church: People of God, Body of Christ This course examines the historical reality and mystical nature of the Church and her Head, Jesus Christ. It focuses on the theology of the Church, giving special attention to the Second Vatican Council and subsequent developments. Topics to be covered include the Church’s sacramental and eschatological nature, her institutional structure, the ecclesial vocations of all the baptized, ecumenism, Mary’s role in the Church, and religious liberty.
