PTH 508 - Neuroscience This course is a detailed study of the central and peripheral nervous systems. The course will cover the basic gross anatomy, cell biology, physiology, development and support systems of the nervous system. Motor, sensory and autonomic systems will be covered, along with the effects of injury to these systems. The course will finish with the study of specific regions of the nervous system, examining their specific functions and the impairments seen after an injury.
