PSY 340 - Industrial and Organizational Psychology This course will address the application of psychological principles to industrial/organizational (I/O) settings. Fundamental topics in the field of I/O will be covered, to include: enhancement of organizational effectiveness, employee selection/training, job appraisal, job design, work motivation/ satisfaction, leadership, productivity, and organizational culture.
