PHI 230 - Ancient Philosophy This course studies the major themes and figures at the beginning of Western philosophy. It may include a discussion of the pre-Socratics, Plato, Aristotle, the Epicureans, the Stoics, and Neo-Platonism; topics may include human nature, the nature of reality, and human life.
