NUR 204 - Calculating Medication Dosages This course enhances the student’s ability to calculate medication dosages. A review of basic mathematical skills is included. The metric and apothecary systems and conversions between the two are addressed. The student reads labels, performs medication calculations and IV flow rates. This course is required for those who fail a medication calculations competency exam and highly recommended for those with a Math ACT < 21.
