MPM 620 - Project Execution and Control This course will continue with the planning techniques of the Project Planning course and introduces the execution phase requirements to develop the product or service that the project was commissioned to deliver. This includes managing changes to the project scope and project schedule, implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, controlling and managing costs as established in the project budget, planning and monitoring the progress of deliverables, and utilizing the risk management plan.
